Postage

As soon as your order is received, we begin packaging your item ready for dispatch. We expect normal delivery times to be between 10 and 14 days within Australia. If you need your purchase earlier than this please contact me to arrange for an earlier delivery where possible. 

Packaging

Your item will be securely wrapped to protect it from damage. It will be packaged in layered bubble wrap with an inner layer of either foam, airbags or industrial strength bubble wrap to protect the glass and corners.

We have sourced all of our products and operational requirements from quality local Australian businesses and have spent endless hours sourcing the absolute best quality from our suppliers and as a result we can highly assure you that the quality of our products is premium.

Natural Photography 

When you purchase a Chilby Photography photograph you are assured that the image has not been digitally altered.oto shopped. We pride ourselves on producing images that are natural and true to the area that it was taken in. We believe a realistic view of an area is important and demands a greater dedication, attention and commitment to capturing the perfect shot in the perfect light.  None of my photos are HDR images.

Payment Options

Our default payment option is with paypal. You can also pay by credit card through the paypal option. If you do not wish to use paypal you may contact Brad at; bradley@chilbyphotography.com.au to arrange a direct bank deposit, cheque or cash payment. 

Your Invoice

Invoices will be provided through our Paypal account on behalf of Chilby Photography. Once you have completed a purchase, an invoice will be instantly emailed to you. This invoice is suitable for printing. We also accept payments via direct bank deposit and if you use this method of payment an invoice will be emailed to you from Chilby Photography.

Our Goals and Objectives 

1. To not only produce images of beautiful scenery but to produce images that have a strong sense of differentiation from other photographers. My aim is to ensure customers can feel my passion in the image and to strongly represent the splendor, character, charisma and history in the shot that I take. All of my photographs have a story to tell you and this story is best told using images that are true to the subject. My images are not digitally altered and none of my  

2. To produce landscape and wilderness photographs of destinations that are inaccessible to many. Locations that few venture too, in order to capture the true essence and values of the natural world. I want to  create an awareness and appreciation for the natural environment and for historical and heritage areas through the photographs I take. I do this in an attempt to assist in the protection process of these areas from destruction, and to bring a true beauty to my customers and other people.

3. To provide our customers with an image that is mine and truly mine. I dislike seeing other photographers shoot a shot that is uniquely mine and therefore I do not copy other photographers work. I believe this adds something extra special to my images. 

4. To work very hard to ensure that my customers can enjoy sunrise and sunset photography, wilderness photography and to continually produce new and exciting photographs. To expand our  photographic collection to include photographs from every state and territory of Australia, New Zealand and other areas right across the globe, thus engaging a wider customer base and interest in my work.

5. To ensure we deliver the absolute highest quality products and services in the Australian photographic market place and to ensure all of the products and services we use are 100% Australian and remain so indefinitely. We will provide a good old fashioned service and treat people the way they deserve to be treated. We are a truly honest business and act promptly with all orders and correspondence received. All orders and correspondence will be actioned within 24 hours.

The focus area of my photography is the natural world, landscape and wilderness photography, and through my photography I hope to create an awareness and appreciation for it and the need to protect it.
